Apologies for the short notice but I wanted to give you advanced notice of the decision to delay opening our school until 10am tomorrow morning (9th Jan).

Although we know that Storm Goretti is forecast to pass by midnight tonight, we are also aware that the high winds have already caused significant damage across Cornwall, with many homes and businesses now without power.

We need to make sure that it is safe to open our site tomorrow morning before we bring staff and pupils back in, and delaying opening will give us the opportunity to do this safely, in daylight.
